My academic background spans linguistics, literature, and computer science, alongside studies in language education and the arts. During my studies, I was particularly drawn to philosophy and intellectual history, as well as phonology and pragmatics. Across these different fields, I recognize a curiosity that has always guided me: a desire to understand why things take the forms they do, how they come to be, and what lies beneath the surface. Whether exploring the structures of language, the development of ideas, or the ways people construct meaning, I find myself drawn to the questions behind what we often take for granted.
That same curiosity extends to technology. Computer science has given me another way to explore how things work, from abstract concepts and logical structures to the systems we interact with. I enjoy breaking down complex problems, understanding the principles behind them, and applying what I learn through experimentation and practical projects.
Photography and visual arts offer another way of engaging with the world, through observation, interpretation, and the relationship between what is seen and what remains unseen. Together, these interests shape pchiaroscia — a space that brings together different ways of exploring, understanding, and expressing the world.
